Bedroom 1 has one queen size bed, bedroom 2 has
two single beds
suitable for young children or teenagers.
Amenities:
Housekeeing units (each Saturdays).
The entire unit is carpeted throughout, full kitchen
/ dining area, dish washer,
bath with shower and washing machine and dryer.
Color
Cable TV, VCR, 2 car parking. We provide the intro
linens,
bath towels and toiletries. Telephone
(free local calls).
Barbecue upon request.

| Parking |

Each
rental receives one lane of parking directly
on the opposite side of the street from the
condominium, unloading luggage can be unloaded
on Atlantic Avenue while hazards are on. Neighbors
are not tolerable to other patrons in their
driveways.

If you have large vehicles etc. RV’s,
parking is available on Route 1, at the Village
Green Motel. Contact the Village Green Motel,
Property Manager for information on additional
long term parking.

Please enter and exit the parking lot slowly.
Children frequent the neighborhood.

Be
considerate of the landscaping when entering
and exiting the designated parking area. If
you accidentally damage the front landscaping,
you will be responsible for repairs. According
to the deeded casement for this parking allotment,
vehicles may not extend past the large blue
post in the designated parking area. The right
of way of other residents cannot be blocked.

to Bring |
Just
bring yourself! Should you require additional linens
you must state so when you are booking your reservation.

| Trash |
There
is a trash pick-up service, Tuesday and Thursday.
Each unit is responsible for making certain that
their trash is at curb side on the above specified
days. |
