Visit us in the spring when everything is welcoming you for another season. Enjoy a quiet walk on one of our many beaches.  Feast on steamers and lobsters or the catch-of-the-day in our local seafood restaurants. Shop to your heart's delight in the nearby Kittery or Freeport outlets.

Visit us in the summer in the heart of the season. Sunbathe on a sandy beach or enjoy the excitement of playing in the crashing waves. Build a sandcastle. Take a deep sea fishing cruise, whale watching trip or scenic tour of the coastline. Savor some of the area's  best home-made ice cream and saltwater taffy. Attend a good old-fashioned community event like a craft show or a free outdoor summer concert at Harbor Park.

Visit us in the fall, the prettiest time of the year. Take a nature hike at Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm where you will find seven miles of maintained trails. Take in a game of golf at one the fine area courses and, discover for yourself why Maine is known as New England's Center for antiques and rare books.

Points North

Take I-95 to Exit #19/WELLS/SANFORD (Toll applies), "Wells" (Last exit before the tolls). Go left on Sanford Road (ME-109) at the traffic light, then turn right on Chapel Road (road merges) continue to the end of this road and then take a right onto Route 1 South for 2.84 miles and just before the Village center of Ogunquit, Abalonia will be on your left hand side.

Points South

From the Boston area: Take 93 North, to Route 1 North, (over the Tobin Bridge), to 95 North. Continue through New Hampshire and after crossing the Maine border, (over the "Pisqataqua Bridge"), take exit 7, (formerly exit 4), "Ogunquit / The Yorks". Take a right at the end of the ramp. Take a left at the lights. Just after you reach the town center, Abalonia will be on your right hand side.

From points south of Boston, like Providence, Connecticut, New York,
New Jersey, etc:

You have a couple of options once in Massachusetts: You can either take the Mass Pike, (Route 91) East and go into Boston to take 93 North, then follow the directions above.
or, you can take the Mass Pike, (Route 91) East and jump onto 495 North, travel to the end of 495 North and it connects directly to 95 North, then follow directions above to the Maine border.

Take I-95 S (Toll applies) to exit #19/WELLS/SANFORD go 0.5 miles then turn LEFT on SANFORD RD(ME-109) go 0.53 mile, (road merges) then turn RIGHT on CHAPEL RD go 1.25 miles.

Bear RIGHT on POST RD(US-1) go 0.4 miles, turn LEFT on MILE RD go 0.93.

Turn LEFT on ATLANTIC AVE go 0.6 - Arrive at 249 ATLANTIC AVE, WELLS, on the RIGHT

Directions South

Take the N.H./MAINE exit onto I-95 N (Portions toll) to exit #19/WELLS/SANFORD (Toll applies) go 0.73 miles, turn LEFT on SANFORD RD(ME-109) go 0.53 then (road merges) turn RIGHT on CHAPEL RD go 1.25 mile, bear RIGHT on POST RD(US-1) go 0.4 mi.

Turn LEFT on MILE RD go 0.93, then turn LEFT on ATLANTIC AVE go 0.6 mile - Arrive at 249 ATLANTIC AVE, WELLS, on the RIGHT

NUBBLEVUE: York Ocean Front

Directions North :

Take I-295 S toward SO PORTLAND (Portions toll) / or I-95 S (Toll applies) until exit #7 / YORKS (US-1)/ THE BERWICKS (ME-91) (Toll applies) go 0.32 mile, then turn LEFT on a local road go 0.41 mile.

Bear LEFT on BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY(US-1) go 1.34 mile.

Turn RIGHT on OLD POST RD go 1.03 mile, turn LEFT on RIDGE RD go 0.51 mile then turn RIGHT on WEBBER RD go 0.42.

Take a left LONG BEACH AVE(US-1A) go 1.08 then bear RIGHT on NUBBLE RD go 0.49 mile then RIGHT on NUBBLE RD (same road) go 0.26 mile - Arrive at 143 NUBBLE RD, YORK, on the RIGHT

Directions South:

Take I-95 N (Toll applies) to #7/THE YORKS (ME-91)/OGUNQUIT (US-1) toward OGUNQUIT (US-1)/YORK (ME-91) (Toll applies) go 0.61 mile bear LEFT on BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY(US-1) go 1.34 mile.

Turn RIGHT on OLD POST RD go 1.03 mile turn LEFT on RIDGE RD go 0.51 mile then turn RIGHT on WEBBER RD go 0.42 mile.
